FAQs
What are the benefits of booking an apartment over a hotel?
In a city where space is at a premium, an apartment can offer the opportunity to stay in more spacious surroundings than would be on offer in a hotel, with kitchen facilities, lounge area and a general feeling of being more homely.
Apartments are booked on a 'per apartment' basis and not per person, offering significant savings over a hotel equivalent. Hotels tend to quote on a 'per person' basis to make them appear to have better value rooms, but it rarely works out that a hotel will be a more cost-effective solution.
All apartments are managed and have dedicated account managers. Apartment guests tend to be less transient than hotel guests and build good rapport with their account managers, who are there to tend to their needs and requirements during a stay, whilst respecting and affording a greater degree of privacy and comfort, so guests can relax as if they are at home.
Apartments offer a great degree of flexibility. If you want to entertain or have a guest stay over, this is something that prove a good cost-saving solution for friends or family visiting London, and gives guests a proper 'London Base' in which to entertain and have friends stay over.
Do my apartments come fully furnished?
All apartments come fully serviced and furnished and include a once week maid service and towels and linen change, so all you have to bring is your suitcase!
Is there internet in the apartment?
All apartments come equipped with internet (broadband) facilities and this is charged as an extra by individual complexes.
How do I pay?
Most complexes take full payment in advance of the stay, although for longer stays of 3 months plus, monthly invoicing can usually be arranged.
