How to Book
We offer a simple booking process to make reserving an apartment as quick and easy as possible for all our customers.
STEP ONE :
Click on the BOOK NOW button or BOOK APARTMENT button
this is the first step to making your booking. When you click on these buttons you will be taken to the booking form and will be prompted to complete the relevant sections, relating to your stay details.
STEP TWO:
Complete the Booking Form. You will see there are a number of spaces for you to fill in and complete your apartment stay dates and requirements as well as your personal details.
When completing the booking form, there is a section for guests to request special requirements. EG, to be on a higher floor, or an apartment with lift access etc.
STEP THREE:
Once we receive your booking form via email, we will contact you to discuss your booking and to give you your booking confirmation number. If your first choice apartment is not available, we will forward you options for alternatives, based on the requirements as stated on the form. However, we will not book any alternatives without first seeking customer approval.
STEP FOUR:
Each guest will receive a welcome letter via email, stating the process for arrival and directions on how to get to the complex.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
You will receive your confirmation of booking via email within 24-hours of booking, although the booking will be confirmed on the system immediately.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Yes, it is possible to cancel, providing you are within the stated terms of the apartment complex. There is normally a cancellation period where no charge is made so we recommend you check the cancellation policy of each complex, as different apartments have different policies.
