When you make a reservation through cityapart.com, the rates you see on the website at the time you make the booking are the rates that we will apply and confirm to you.  If there are changes or unforseen circumstances relating to your booking we will contact you prior to arranging a reservation for you.

If your apartment choice is fully booked at the time of submitting the booking form, we will endeavour to offer you an alternative apartment choice of similar price, style and location.  We will not go ahead with an alternative booking without first contacting you and obtaining your approval. If, however, you have stated a second choice preference on the booking for, we will automatically book your second choice apartment in the event that your first choice apartment is fully booked.

On sending us the completed secure online booking form, we will email you confirmation of your reservation within 24-hours.  if you have not been contacted within 24-hours, please contact the office on either sales@cityapart.com or call us on 00 44 (0) 207 751 5956.

Booking Procedure

The apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel. Simply complete and send the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you will need to supply your credit card details on the booking form.  This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Details

Cityapart.com does NOT charge you the customer for booking through this site. The credit card details are passed directly to the complex you have selected and payment is taken by them directly, in accordance with what has been signed and agreed to on the booking form.  No other payments are taken from the card, expect the agreed amount signed for.  As such, there are NO hidden charges.

Payment

Payment terms vary according to each complex and we recommend each guest check the terms under the individual property listing on the web site.

Security Deposit

When you check in you will be asked to provide a security deposit on you credit card.  This is a simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check In and Check Out Times

Check in is from 1600 hours, check out is at 10am.

We accept the following card types:  Switch/Maestro , Mastercard, Visa.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary according to each individual complex and are dependent on length of stay.  Each apartment has its own cancellation policy and we recommend clients check each complex individually prior to booking to familiarise yourself with the terms of each apartment.

The terms and conditions of each apartment are individual to each complex.  These terms are listed below each individual property as listed on the site.

The responsibility for cancellation of a booking lies with the guest.  In the event that the accommodation is not cancelled under the terms of each complex, the company reserves the right to funds in accordance with their terms and conditions.
